A while ago the LORD reminded me of the Scripture HE gave us today, “but those that wait upon the LORD will renew their strength… Isaiah 40:31.”
HE then showed me a number of people’s faces that looked somber, sad and exhausted. As I was still trying to understand HE said to me, ” they are HOPE-LESS!” I did not grasp this instantly and so HE added,” why have they lost hope yet they profess to be Christians in Salvation who should renew their strength? HE continued,” because for years they have put their trust in some preachers and others have trusted in chariots!”
HE then gave me the understanding that masses of Christians have taken themselves to altars they don’t belong to and shouted the common chorus, “I receive!” as the preachers in these places yell out miracle after miracle of blessings backed up by Scripture. The LORD gave me the understanding that first of all, each person is assigned to a particular Servant which may change with seasons, but of course majority of Christians choose their own Servants with the common saying, “I want to tap into the blessings on that altar.” Well, if that’s NOT where God wants you to be, you will tap into that blessing but it will NEVER rub off to you.
Then Ananias went to the house and entered it. Placing his hands on Saul, he said, “Brother Saul, the Lord–Jesus, who appeared to you on the road as you were coming here–has sent me so that you may see again and be filled with the Holy Spirit.” Acts 9:17.
And now majority of these “lost Christians” are feeling hopeless after years of sowing into the wrong altar. We are each called to a certain hope, even if our calling is similar, our paths cannot be exactly the same. we learn this even through the Apostles lives in the Bible.
Second, the LORD gave me understanding that, HE IS not man that HE shall lie, but Christians need to know that NOT every single promise in the Bible is for everyone. Ever wondered why David was extremely rich, while Elijah, who was even taken up to Heaven was more or less homeless? That is because God’s blessings are different and vary from individual to individual, no wonder Paul was unmarried yet Moses was. The beauty of all this that GOD equips us adequately for our path and gives us sufficient grace to withstand the journey as HE strengthens renews us.
Third, the LORD gave me understanding that, for every promise, there is a REQUIREMENT! For example, HE anointed me for Adornment Ministry, HE even chose the name, then gave me the Scripture of Isaiah 61:1-3 and said, “Adornment is a Ministry of HEALING,” then, HE imparted the gift of healing in my husband, ideally equipping him to fulfill the promise for the Ministry, when he lays hands on the sick, they receive healing. HE also gave us the promise in Isaiah 55:5, Surely you will summon nations you know not, and nations you do not know will come running to you, because of the LORD your God, the Holy One of Israel, for he has endowed you with splendor.”
And it is happening. Our books have been read across the globe, from Australia to China to Africa to USA and Europe, and these people communicate and we know that many of them look forward to visiting Adornment Sanctuary in Bumutiru as soon as it is ready.
For us to receive our promise, we had to be obedient. The LORD sent me to three different Churches and from each Church, HE gave me the gift of the Pastor, all these gifts were alien to me and not things I would have ever imagined I could do, but HE Is doing them through me and continues to strengthen me through it all. GOD Is faithful and PERFECT, we are usually the problem.
May you seek God’s Kingdom first, so that all these things can be added to you!
