For we are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do. Ephesians 2:10

The above verse reminds me of the period i owned a shop. I struggled to keep up with customers. I do not know how to bargain, evidently not a salesperson. I would become so frustrated having to deal with customers who were very good at bargaining. I almost always ended up selling items below purchase price. Because aside from their offers, i had compassion on them as i did not want to deny them what they liked just because they could not pay more, or so i thought. Almost each day ended in exhaustion and misery.

I could not really see any progress i was making. Yet i had goals to achieve. Things to accomplish through this business. On the other hand now, i enjoy writing. I do not write throughout, i will get the nudge and i will be on it for hours sometime without  Letting up or getting tired.  I never tire of preparing meals for my family or cleaning my house and rearranging it. Part of my anointed job i believe. Encouraging others is part of me too, and i always get time for it without making an effort. If we spend our lives doing the good works God predestined for us, we will always find enough time, energy and resources to do it all. On the other hand, if we try to walk in paths God has not prepared for us, doing works He has not set out for us, we will inevitably end up living stressed, unfulfilled, frustrated and disappointed. Sometime we overwork ourselves even in Church in things we are not ordained to do. Not all good things are of God. Being busy does not necessarily mean you are doing what God wants you to do. Choose to seek God first and align your life with the good works He has prepared for you. You will  be amazed at how wonderfully He will orchestrate your life!
