This morning I set out to search for guinea fowl eggs from outside our fence. You see, two weeks ago, a neighbour found four of our guinea fowl eggs from a small bush outside our Sanctuary. That is what motivated me to do the search, accompanied by my daughter and grandchild, armed with a piece of cloth cum bag to pick them up. It is said that if you touch them with bare hands the mother will reject them.
After fifteen minutes of looking behind the thickets, we found nothing and hence returned home. Nearly five hours later, the LORD gave me the answer to an enquiry I had made to HIM last night, an important decision I needed to make. HE said simply, “if you accept where I have sent you.” HE then gave me understanding that, we need to be where HE wants us to be for us to see HIS manifestation in our purpose.
A few minutes later, HE said to me, “Only I can allow you to see what I want you to see!”
Two hours later, I get a strong urge to store used pampers in a cement bag for burning later. As I finish doing that, I am made to turn and look at an open space beyond a shrub. And voila! I spot a guinea fowl egg, its in such an open space that I am shocked that I did not see it before I began putting the pampers into the bag. Then I remember, HE said earlier, “only I can allow you to see what I want you to see!”
The secret, I am learning, is to look to HIM in everything, pursue the three, Faith, Hope and Love. And you will see whenever and whatever HE wants you to see, you will hear, what HE wants you to hear and so on. In short, you will live a fruitful, content and fulfilled life from a place of rest. May HE enable you, your part, be intentional in your pursuit for HIM. Proverbs 21:21 Whoever pursues righteousness and love finds life, prosperity and honour.‘
