Arise!

Thank YOU LORD for giving me this promise in Isaiah 60!

“Arise, shine, for your light has come,
and the glory of the Lord rises upon you….I have arisen LORD, I am shining and have purposed to shine even brighter with each passing day, my circumstances not withstanding. Knowing too well YOU LORD Are with me!!!

See, darkness covers the earth and thick darkness is over the peoples, but the Lord rises upon you and his glory appears over you…. YESSS LORD! Though darkness covers the earth in the form of corona, locusts, wars, false prophets. … YOU LORD Are faithful and ABLE! And I trust YOU just like I trusted YOU in 2008 when hope was lost among majority in my Country… YOU came through exceedingly abundantly above my hopes! For YOU LORD Are not a man that YOU shall lie, nor does YOUR WORD come forth and not perform that which YOU send it to do!

Nations will come to your light, and kings to the brightness of your dawn. “Lift up your eyes and look about you: All assemble and come to you; your sons come from afar, and your daughters are carried on the hip….. YESSS LORD! YOU have brought nations that I knew not, LORD, YOU have given me sons and daughters from afar…as I stretch forth in YOUR STRENGTH LORD, I know more Nations and kings will be attracted to the brightness of my dawn LORD!

Then you will look and be radiant, your heart will throb and swell with joy; the wealth on the seas will be brought to you,
to you the riches of the nations will come.
….YESSS LORD! My heart throbs and swells with joy and YOUR peace that surrounds me daily!

Thank YOU LORD for YOU LORD have endowed me with splendor!!!

Your gates will always stand open,
they will never be shut, day or night,
so that people may bring you the wealth of the nations— their kings led in triumphal procession….Thank YOU LORD! Adornment Sanctuary gates remain open day and night to receive YOUR people bringing in wealth and leaving with enlightenment from YOU LORD!!! We are humbled LORD, as their wealth adorn YOUR Sanctuary!

LORD, thank YOU, for YOU LORD have glorified Adornment Sanctuary for YOUR FEET LORD for the glory of YOUR MIGHTY NAME!

Then you will know that I, theLord, am your Savior, your Redeemer, the Mighty One of Jacob…..YESSS LORD! How can I forget, that YOU LORD ARE my REDEEMER, my Life, my Strength, SOURCE and my PROVIDER.

Instead of bronze I will bring you gold,
and silver in place of iron. Instead of wood I will bring you bronze, and iron in place of stones…. HALLELUJAH! I receive all in humility my LORD!!!

I will make peace your governor and well-being your ruler…..YES YES YESSS LORD!!!

No longer will violence be heard in your land, nor ruin or destruction within your borders, but you will call your walls Salvation and your gates Praise….. AMEN! AMEN! AMEN!

The sun will no more be your light by day,
nor will the brightness of the moon shine on you, for the Lord will be your everlasting light, and your God will be your glory….. HALLELUJAH! HALLELUJAH! HALLELUJAH!

Your sun will never set again, and your moon will wane no more; the Lord will be your everlasting light, and your days of sorrow will end…..AMEN! All for YOUR GLORY my KING!!!

Then all your people will be righteous
and they will possess the land forever.
They are the shoot I have planted, the work of my hands, for the display of my splendor….. HALLELUJAH! HALLELUJAH! HALLELUJAH! To GOD BE ALL the GLORY!!!

The least of you will become a thousand,
the smallest a mighty nation. I am the Lord; in its time I will do this swiftly.”….YESSS LORD!!! I am waiting upon YOU, I am keeping my eyes fixed on YOU, I am not wavering, I am not turning to the right nor to the left! I am remaining on the narrow path, YOUR path for me as YOU LORD order my every step!!!

Life Instruction

Reflecting on Proverbs Chapter four, I have learned that the basic instruction of life is to find Wisdom and embrace it. GOD Is Wisdom and hence LIFE!

Listen, my sons, to a father’s instruction;
pay attention and gain understanding….Yes, I will listen to YOU, FATHER!

I give you sound learning,
so do not forsake my teaching…. I am listening to YOU, FATHER

Then he taught me, and he said to me, “Take hold of my words with all your heart; keep my commands, and you will live…. Yes, Father, I want to LIVE! I don’t want to just pass through life like the rest of the world. They call it survival for the fittest. I don’t want to just survive, I want to LIVE, in YOU, to enjoy and cherish every moment AS YOU GUIDE me!

Get wisdom, get understanding; do not forget my words or turn away from them. Do not forsake wisdom, and she will protect you love her, and she will watch over you…. I desire to gain Wisdom, I know I will love Wisdom as Wisdom protects me!

The beginning of wisdom is this: Get a wisdom.
Though it cost all you have,  get understanding….Yes, I know getting Wisdom will cost me gossip, lies, immorality, jealousy, envy. ..sin sin sin! But LORD, I have decided, I will get Wisdom, if I have to remain alone in solitude after loosing family and friends, but I will have Wisdom, I will be protected, I will be joyful and peaceful.

Cherish her, and she will exalt you; embrace her, and she will honor you.
She will give you a garland to grace your head and present you with a glorious crown.”
HALLELUJAH! I will embrace Wisdom, because with it I will be honoured. And my head will held high, graced in a garland, adorned with a CROWN. YESSS! I am embracing Wisdom!

Listen, my son, accept what I say, and the years of your life will be many…. YESSS! I desire to live many fruitful years! LORD, teach me Wisdom.

I instruct you in the way of wisdom and lead you along straight paths.
When you walk, your steps will not be hampered; when you run, you will not stumble…. HALLELUJAH! LORD hold my hand and lead me in straight paths, then my steps will not be hampered. I will run and not stumble! …. teach me Wisdom LORD!

Hold on to instruction, do not let it go; guard it well, for it is your life. Do not set foot on the path of the wicked or walk in the way of evildoers…. I am holding onto Your instruction, I refuse to set my foot on the path of the wicked. ..the worldly…I refuse to walk in way of evildoers.

Avoid it, do not travel on it;

turn from it and go on your way.

The path of the righteous is like the morning sun,
shining ever brighter till the full light of day…. Hallelujah! My path is like the morning sun, I will shine brighter and brighter, for I am the light, planted by YOU LORD!

My son, pay attention to what I say; turn your ear to my words. Do not let them out of your sight,
keep them within your heart; for they are life to those who find them and health to one’s whole body…… I am listening to YOU LORD, I have hearkened my ears to YOUR instruction Father, because I choose LIFE, I choose health. I am keeping Wisdom in my heart…to love and cherish Wisdom!

Above all else, guard your heart, for everything you do flows from it. Keep your mouth free of perversity; keep corrupt talk far from your lips. Let your eyes look straight ahead ; fix your gaze directly before you….I am guarding my heart diligently FATHER, seal my mouth to perversity, teach me to number my days that I may gain the heart of Wisdom.. I am looking straight ahead LORD! I have fixed my eyes on YOU FATHER!

Give careful thought to the paths for your feet
and be steadfast in all your ways. Do not turn to the right or the left;
keep your foot from evil…. I have embraced Wisdom, Wisdom will guide my feet perfectly that I may not wobble and repeat my steps. Wisdom will keep my feet from evil. Wisdom will quicken me, enlighten and give me understanding of YOUR good, pleasing and perfect will for me!!!

I EMBRACE WISDOM, to love and to cherish.

Courage

“Be strong and very courageous. Be careful to obey all the law my servant Moses gave you; do not turn from it to the right or to the left, that you may be successful wherever you go.
Joshua 1:7

This morning as I reflected upon my life because of a revelation I had yesterday, this Scripture jumped at me. As I journey into spiritual enlightenment and getting closer to God, sometime I encounter obstacles then become a little discouraged thinking to myself, well, if I heard God’s voice correctly, then this should be easy. If HE really instructed me to do this, then I should not have any challenge!

But then interestingly, the above instruction from God to Joshua comes after God Himself has just gifted Joshua with land. He just told him that HE will give him every place where he sets his foot, as He promised Moses. HE continues to promise Joshua that, his territory will extend from the desert to Lebanon, and from the great river, the Euphrates—all the Hittite country—to the Mediterranean Sea in the west. Not only that but God adds that, no one will be able to stand against Joshua all the days of his life. As I was with Moses, so I will be with you; I will never leave you nor forsake you, God assures him.

But then, HE orders him to be very strong and courageous. This has given me a deeper understanding that, although GOD has given us promises for our life of fulfillment, we must be strong and courageous not to allow every wind that comes by to blow as away, not to let any obstacle discourage us or any challenge to weaken us.

God Is faithful and perfectly ABLE to fulfill every promise He has given us, but are we strong and courageous enough to pursue HIM as we endure the ever strong waves that come with life?
As human beings don’t we celebrate parents who stood by us regardless of the circumstances they went through for our sake, the same way we celebrate children who remain obedient and become responsible in various ways.

As 2020 moves on without resting, so should we become stronger and take courage because HE that Is in us promised and will do it through us.

May God uphold us with His Righteous Hand and establish us in His plan for us, in Jesus’ Mighty Name I pray. Amen!

GOD’s WORD

We continue where we left yesterday.
I love today’s date. I am so thankful that the LORD has enabled me to post. 02.02.2020. How beautiful!

We continue to read from 2 Peter 1:5-8
For this very reason, make every effort to add to your faith goodness; and to
goodness, knowledge; and to knowledge, self-control; and to self-control, perseverance; and to perseverance, godliness; and to godliness, mutual affection; and to mutual affection, love. For if you possess these qualities in increasing measure, they will keep you from being ineffective and unproductive in your knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ.

All these things are available to us as those who He has made people,  HIS people,  but it is up to us to seek Him with all we have then He Is found by us.

Know that the LORD is God. It is he who made us, and we are his; we are his people, the sheep of his pasture. Psalm 100:3

After Salvation, we should crave nourishment from the Word of God, the Bible. We come to the knowledge of God through HIS Word in the Bible. The Word works in us as we study it in numerous ways. Some of the effects of the Word in us are:

Faith, faith comes by “hearing the Word of God.” This means that our level of faith is dependant upon our openness to receive the Word and act upon it.

New birth, after Salvation, we should ideally be led by the spirit as we are now “new creatures in Christ.”

Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come: The old has gone, the new is here! 2 Corinthians 5:17

Mental illumination, the entrance of God’s Word into our mind and heart gives light. This has got nothing to do with education because God’s wisdom is not worldly.

Physical healing is another benefit we receive through the Word. Many Scriptures tell us how Jesus healed many just through the Word.

The Word will make the devil flee from you if you purpose to make it your daily dose.

There are endless effects and benefits we should ideally receive through the Word as believers but unfortunately many of us are distracted with other things and hence end up struggling so much, oblivious or ignorant of what is available for them as chosen ones of God. This is our fault. We read in 2 Peter 1:9
But whoever does not have them is nearsighted and blind, forgetting that they have been cleansed from their past sins.

May God create in you a new heart of flesh that you may desire to study the Word and allow it to work in you because it is ALIVE!

Welcome into the brand new month of February 2020.

We are continuing with our journey of taking the LEAP of FAITH.

We read again in 2 Peter 1:3

His divine power has given us everything we need for a godly life through our knowledge of him who called us by his own glory and goodness. 2 Peter 1:3.

That is an amazing revelation right there.  That we apparently already have ALL that we need for our godly life through our knowing HIM,  our LORD and SAVIOUR!  Not all of us may discern this statement dependent upon our level of spiritual enlightenment in our spiritual journey.  I definitely would not have agreed with it a few years ago when I truly believed that the only service I was qualified to give in Church was cleaning.  You may ask,  “but I don’t have any worthy gift?” We all do.  But without knowledge, we wait upon God with prayer and fasting,  asking HIM to reveal His gift in us to us, when actually,  God Is waiting upon you to take the step of faith and begin to apply the gift He gave you which He will then multiply as you exercise it.  Scripture says,  “My people perish because of lack of knowledge.”

I would never have imagined that I could write,  or teach the Word, or preach in Church.  And now I am excited and upbeat to get the songs He has been giving me to be produced.  All these are things I would have bet my life on without a thought!

Scripture goes on to tell us in the fourth verse that,  Through these he has given us his very great and precious promises, so that through them you may participate in the divine nature, having escaped the corruption in the world caused by evil desires.

Our provision is in GOD’S Promises to us. We are partakers in His divine nature which we should claim through faith due to our knowledge of JESUS CHRIST. But,  somehow,  we like to limit God, even worse,  we lock Him up in a small box like I did for decades.  Telling Him whom He should use to bless me, advising Him on what we want and when He should do it for us and how  He should do it.. how sad!  The day I gave GOD the leeway to just arrive and take my burden,  HE ARRIVED PROMPTLY!  LITERALLY.

We also limit ourselves by drawing boundaries on what we’re able to do or not able to do. Now we know that we’re partakers in His divine nature, and we also know that nothing is impossible for God,  what does that tell you? When you also know that HE IS YOUR STRENGTH?

That very thing you keep saying you cannot do is the very thing that could be keeping you away from your purpose.  I used to retort frequently that I could never accept Salvation… Hahaha… Look at how much time I wasted in my foolishness, not knowing then that I could not win against GOD!

We are a finished product,  a complete being. Let us then take that LEAP OF FAITH holding hands in agreement!

May God enable us!
